okay here to update cause SOME china look alike tourist asked me to do so.
so within a sec, i thought of a topic of the day.

ever since i've worked at Far East, i've seen people from all walks of life!
there are two groups of shoppers.

firstly, the friendler kind, who appreciates the services and information provided by the sales assistant.definitely they will greet u back if u've done it too.and the tend to thank You for filling up the informations.also, they will tell you wad they are looking for and hope that we will be able to look for the close-est possibilites.type of people who are in this catagory:caucasians, white collars and retirees.furthermore, I love serving them!! :)))

second group of people i, TEOW SOOK FUNG, detest the most is YOUNGSTERS AND CHEENA POKS!in fact, ,most locals are like that too!i wonder what and why are they so arrogant for?what?!in serving industry means that we're servant?or treated like one?i think they,locals, should do some reflection about their attitudes!they want best service and what do we,in servicing line get in return?not even a simple word of THANK YOU.that's what we're asked for!is it too much?huh?

also when we fill them up about our store promotion, they give cold shoulders!at times i feel like ticking them off saying "hello, do u hear what ive just said" you see, if u dont response, i might take it as u're DEAF! often, i will just glare and move away to serve better people who appreciate my service more!

let me tell you, the reason why the whites are always belonged or seen as a higher class than are colours of skin, because they HAVE THE MANNERS!and they tend to give a better impression than other races!now i understand why they're many articles about those chinese tourists acting ruthlessly and un-cultured.and NEW YORK top for the most courteous country!

enough of complaints! what i want to say is "pull up your socks pls"
